Why should I join?

Depending on the industry, acquiring a new customer is anywhere from five to 25 times more expensive than retaining an existing one. Do we offer other insurance products?

Yes we do, we have our insurance company called Stubben Edge (Risk) Limited where we offer two tailored insurance covers for professional drivers called My Licence Protect and My Licence Protection that we offer in the UK.

What is Stubben Edge Loyalty?

Stubben Edge Loyalty is a platform for intermediaries who wish to offer their users a personalised loyalty programme with savings and discounts from top retailers.

How much do we charge per member?

Our pricing can be calculated using the calculator on the homepage here.

Based on how many customers or employees you have, the minimum you’ll be charged each month is £100.00 and the maximum is £2,500.00, this is collected via Direct Debit.

What is the maximum amount of members you can have?

We don’t have the limit (how cool!), we keep our price per member per month to a minimum of £100 per month to a maximum of £2,500 per month. 

What is our Corporate Structure?

Our registered company name is Stubben Edge Group Limited (holding company) underneath that we a subsidiary, which is our in-house web design company Lucid UX Limited, two dormant entities and then we have Stubben Edge (Risk) Limited, who is our insurance company, who is Appointed Representative of Resolution Compliance Limited.

Who owns your Data?

You as a company will own the data, however within the documentation the Terms and Conditions it does note that we can use the data with relevant third parties so we can provide tailored, better and relevant discounts and offers to your members. It is compulsory for every individual when logging onto the Stubben Edge Loyalty Platform for the first time to agree to our privacy notice and the privacy policy is constantly available for the customer to be viewed.

How long is the Demo?

Depending on your questions and company needs, the loyalty platform demo is between 10 to 15 minutes.
