Onboarding

If you’re interested in working with us, here’s what to expect from our onboarding process. You’ll find our five-step process means we do all the heavy lifting for you making it simple, quick and easy to get up and running.

Sign up for a free, no-obligation account

All you need to give us is your name, contact details and business priorities and we can welcome you to the Stubben Edge family! You’ll get your own, dedicated account manager who will get to know you a little better on an introductory discovery call and explain more about how we work as a business.

Book a face-to-face appointment

Over tea or coffee and perhaps a biscuit, we’ll conduct a review of your business, help you benchmark its performance and explain more about how we could help you.

In this highly collaborative session, we’ll work together on establishing what problem we can solve for your business and how we might go about achieving that.

We’ll take this away and come back to you with a tailored proposal that will simply break down the solution, how we will build it and what it will cost.

We build

Obviously, no two solutions are the same, but generally we break our Build phase into two sections:

  1.  Design – to create a bespoke solution with your branding, we will work with you to ensure you’re happy with its look and feel. This process usually takes up to 15 working days.
  2.  Development – build time depends entirely on the solution we are creating for you but is usually no more than 12 weeks including initial development, configuration and migration of legacy data.

We deliver

Upon completion of the development work, we will ensure you are involved in the testing and approval process, whilst also training you and your team in how to get the best out of your new solution. This stage is usually completed within 30 days.

We understand that business can be tough and we are there for the bad times and the good. Once you are a client of ours, you’ll always be a client. We therefore commit to helping you grow on an ongoing basis with the support of your dedicated account manager and our programme for continuous improvement – together we’ll make sure you hit your milestones.
