As Group Chief Operating Officer, Ewen is responsible for daily business operations and organising capabilities to meet the short and long-term objectives. He joined Stubben Edge in May 2020 following completion of a distinguished 30-year career in the Royal Marines, retiring in the rank of Major General. He has a Master’s degree from Cranfield University, is a Charted Manager, Cert CII, an Executive Coach and immediately prior to joining was a senior visiting fellow at Oxford University.
